LTD. as agent to file and prosecute this trade mark application with IPOS on the applicant's behalf. The trade mark is used in the course of trade, by the applicant or with his consent, in relation to the goods or services stated, or there is a bona fide intention that it will be so used. I have read and agree to the Terms of Engagement. I understand that filing does not guarantee registration, that IPOS may raise objections, and that official fees paid to IPOS are non-refundable. Nothing is charged now. Submit your details, we review them, and then we invoice you. The final class count — and therefore the official IPOS fees — is only confirmed after our review.

Professional fees are charged per mark and per class. Official fees are set by IPOS, charged per class, and are separate from our fees. We file once payment has cleared.
